What this means in practice
State the exchange-rate rule if rent is quoted in one currency and paid in another. Separate rent, deposit and agent fees. Attach an inventory with existing damage, meter readings and key counts. Agree notice and early-departure terms in writing instead of assuming unused rent or the deposit will always be refunded.
